Carl is a graduate of Business Administration majoring in Marketing but found himself to like the facets of HR and Finance. Before becoming a payroll specialist, he worked as a Cost Accounting Assistant, and Compensation Benefits Specialist. Having experiences in these two fields gave him a background in accounting and knowledge of labor laws which is essential in the role of Payroll Specialist. As a motivated individual, he became adept in processing end-to-end Philippine payroll in a well-known BPO that paved the way for him to join a shared service industry as a US payroll specialist. He took his job to heart, continued to learn, and understand the processes to give an excellent service to both the clients and his colleagues. Outside of work, he loves to cook and watch tv series on weekend. His wife and himself also go to beaches or glamping on long weekends.
