Jennifer is a dedicated healthcare professional with a Diploma of Community Services. Her experience as a Mental Health Specific Support Worker and Program Director has provided her with a deep understanding of the complexities of disability care. Having a brother with a disability has given Jennifer a unique perspective and empathy, enabling her to effectively guide and mentor staff in participant engagement and the application of behaviour support interventions.

As our Rostering Genius, Jennifer expertly manages staff utilization, rostering, and onboarding training. Her calm and collected demeanour allows her to navigate even the most challenging operational or rostering crises. In her spare time, Jennifer is a skilled Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, holding a brown belt and having competed at world championships. She also enjoys indulging in her passion for collecting quirky cups, pens, and crochet desk decorations.
