What’s the Role?
As a Disability Support Specialist at Sirv, you will positively impact Participants' lives through your compassionate and supportive approach. Your key responsibilities will include:
Creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive care environment
Assisting with daily living activities and personal care
Providing mobility support according to care plans
Building strong relationships with clients and visitors
Being a collaborative team member who enjoys having fun at work
Demonstrating exceptional time management and attention to detail
Maintaining accurate health care documentation as required
What We Need from You:
Availability to work a rotating roster, including active shifts, sleepover shifts, and both AM and PM shifts, with flexibility for short-notice shifts
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check
Certificate III in Individual Support or relevant paid experience
Updated Police Check
First Aid & CPR Certificate
Valid driver’s license, reliable transport, and comprehensive insurance
Valid rights to work in Australia (e.g., passport, birth certificate)
