The Role:

As our HR/Recruitment Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in attracting, hiring, and supporting our talented workforce. You'll be the face of our company to potential candidates and a trusted resource for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.  
  • Talent Acquisition Strategies: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance.
  • Onboarding and Training: Create and deliver engaging onboarding programs to ensure new hires feel welcome and prepared.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR databases, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Employer Branding: Promote our company as an employer of choice through various channels.
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR and/or recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of Disability industry and associated Award.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and employees.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • A genuine passion for people and a commitment to creating a positive workplace.

  • Experience in Community Services and Disability Support.
  • Leadership experience
  • Rostering Experience
