Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Team Leader to oversee and manage our support team in our SIL Homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and service possible. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of support staff, ensuring that they are meeting their targets and providing excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of support workers, ensuring that they are meeting the key requirements of their role and providing excellent customer service
- Develop and implement support processes and procedures to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of support possible
- Develop and run team meetings
- Provide training and coaching to support work to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to support our clients
- Act as a point of escalation for complex support issues, working with other teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development and improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure that their needs are being met and that they are satisfied with our products and services
- Complete budgetly compliance monthly
- Audit client files in CRM
