About Us:

SIRV is a dynamic and rapidly growing registered NDIS provider dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals at a National Level. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager who will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and business development in the Brisbane region. This a full-time hybrid role with attractive sales incentives and allowances.

The Role:

A key focus of your role is growth and sustainability within the competitive Brisbane market across core sales and Supported Independent Living. You will achieve this by setting and monitoring strategic revenue targets and establishing valuable relationships with external referral pathways. You will be target-driven, passionate and commercially savvy with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve NDIS sales targets and business growth. This includes prospecting, lead generation, and effective closing of sales.

• Work with the Managing Partner to ensure effective regional growth planning that accounts for an understanding of the client’s needs, workforce planning and delivery in a complex funding environment.

• Identify areas for operational efficiency and implement process improvements to streamline service delivery, reduce costs and enhance the client experience.

• Monitor and influence high-value client satisfaction and development of retention strategies where relevant.

• Contribute to the growth of SIRV by developing a network of business relationships and referrals to meet and exceed growth targets.

Requirements / Selection Criteria:

Have a strong sales background and a minimum of 3 years experience in Business Development, with evidence of achieving revenue targets.

• Have operations experience. You'll work closely with the Managing Partner with their growth targets, understanding operations and processes is key for success.

• Have experience in managing successful portfolios, evidenced by meeting and exceeding business KPIs and revenue targets.

• Experience in NDIS is preferred, either operational or sales-focused.

• Be able to build and maintain effective relationships with partners and referral sources, seeing consistent growth and longevity in partnerships.

• Tertiary qualification in Sales or Marketing preferred.
